BBS works by appointment only. Since we strive to provide a personal service to our clients, time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you acknowledge our appointment/cancellation/late policy. All sessions are not transferrable to another person and must be used within three months of the date of purchase; otherwise, they will expire.
No refund on product purchases, it is non-refundable. All product sales are final.

BBS invites you to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment to unwind and enjoy your treatment.
Please understand that arriving late may shorten your sesion, thus lessening its effectiveness. Your timely arrival is appreciated. If running late, please make sure to contact us inmediately, our staff will do every effort to accommodate you. However, in consideration of all our guests, your service will end on time regardless of late arrivals and the full value of your treatment will be applied.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask a 24 hours notice by phone call, voice message or text. This courtesy of yours will make it possible to give your appointment to another client. Our staff will contact you to re-schedule as soon as possible.
* Packages are available and recommended according to clients needs from 3 to 10 sessions. Certain skin products containing retinol derivatives or hydroquinone may need to be withheld. Clients will fill out a detailed health and skin history form prior to beginning any skin treatment.
